Team Nails Queen is committed to customer satisfaction. We ensure that our customers receive high-quality products through the best service. However, it is important for you to completely understand our policy before making a purchase. 

Down below we have outlined our terms for exchanges and refunds to ensure a smooth and clear process for all customers. Please note that these terms are applicable to all transactions that you will make with us.

Refund Policy

Nails Queen do not provide refunds for purchased items. 

All sales are considered final, and we cannot accommodate refunds due to a change of mind, incorrect product selection, or dissatisfaction after use. 

Refunds are not available for discounted, promotional, or clearance items. 

Please select your items carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions to this policy are strictly limited to cases where legal obligations require otherwise. In such situations, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws. 

Outside of these exceptional cases, refunds will not be granted under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

Please note that we offer a 7-day exchange policy on all eligible items. Exchanges are allowed only if the purchased item meets these conditions:

The bought items are unused and are wrapped in original packaging.

Proof of purchase such as an invoice is provided at the time of the request.

The item does not fall under the category of non-exchangeable items.

If you wish to exchange any eligible item, then please initiate the request within 7 days of the purchase date. To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team through the designated channels. Once the exchange request is approved, the item must be returned to us within the time frame specified by our team.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are excluded from our exchange policy such as:

Products that have been used.

Clearance items, promotional items, or custom-made products that cannot be resold.

Customers should thoroughly review these exclusions before initiating an exchange. If an item falls under the non-exchangeable category, the exchange request will be denied.

Exchange Process

To begin the exchange process, please contact our customer support team within the 7-day period of purchase. 

Our team will assess the eligibility of the request based on the information provided. 

You are required to return the item to our designated address at your own expense unless otherwise stated. 

Exchanges will only be approved once the returned item passes a thorough inspection.

Only upon successful inspection, team Nails Queen will process the exchange. 

The replaced item will be shipped to the customer within the standard shipping timelines.

Damaged or Defective Items

If any received product is damaged or in a defective condition, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. 

Customers must contact our support team and provide detailed information about the defect, including photographic evidence. 

Upon verification, a replacement item will be sent. 

Items that are damaged or defective due to customer misuse or mishandling are not eligible for exchange or replacement.
